Summary

CleanSeal’s new Iso-Roll high-speed, roll-up pharma door combines a clean, attractive finish, while maintaining the smallest footprint in the industry. With a heavy-duty fabric curtain, stainless steel components, soft bottom edge technology and a simple breakaway system with automatic reset, this door is one of the most durable, ultra-clean and "personnel friendly," roll up doors available. The Iso-roll combines simplicity and safety with superior seal efficiencies by utilizing a dual purpose track which seals and retains the door curtain, isolating air infiltration from the ground up. GMP, FDA & EMEA compliant.

Features

The Iso-Roll combines the best of uncomplicated design with features essential to mantaining a controlled environment including:

  • Compliance with CGMP, FDA and EMEA requirements.
  • Tight seal which can withstand .12 plus inches of water.
  • Manual release/Emergency Egress - No tools or mechanical knowledge required.
  • Curtain breaks-away in both directions and automatically resets itself on the next door operation.
  • Adjustable open and closing speeds. (Opening speeds of up to 50 inches per second.)
  • Safe, soft bottom edge has no steel bottom bar and provides optimal seal.
  • Low profile design for restricted wall space.
  • Minimal moving parts. No pulleys, springs, straps or wind ribs.

  • Up to 12’ x 12’.

Panel Construction
  • .030 thick multi-filament PVC coated curtain material, FDA compliant.
  • White or blue color curtain standard.
    (Other colors available upon request)
  • 28” high, full width, clear PVC vision panel. 
  • No windknobs or windbars required.
  • Soft Bottom edge- no bottom bar required.
Frame/Shroud Construction
  • Side frames constructed with 12 ga., 304 #4 stainless steel with 20 ga. stainless steel covers.
  • Side frames designed for maximum durability and easy wipe down/wash-down with quick inspection.
  • 16 ga. sloped shrouds completely enclose the curtain   roll and drive motor.
Operator Features
  • High performance, high efficiency 1hp electric motor.
  • Available in 120/208/230v single phase, or 460v three phase power.
  • Absolute encoder controlled. Adjustable open and close speeds  up to 50”/sec. (42”/sec. open and 21”/sec. close std).

  • Standard pushbutton to open and time delay to close.
  • Recessed send and receive reversing photoeye in the side frames (std).
  • Soft Bottom edge with wireless electronic instant reverse.
